Domenick J. Scrivanich Esq.

Domenick Scrivanich is an experienced attorney with a diverse background spanning public service, judicial clerkship, and private practice. He currently focuses his practice on personal injury—including slip and fall accidents and motor vehicle collisions—and criminal defense, representing clients with diligence, empathy, and a results-oriented approach.

Domenick began his legal career as Legal Director at the New Jersey Reentry Corporation, working under former Governor James McGreevey. In this role, he provided critical legal support to individuals reentering society after incarceration, addressing challenges such as expungements, driver’s license restoration, and access to employment and housing. His work was grounded in a strong commitment to second chances and social justice.

Following his service in the nonprofit sector, Domenick served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mitchell Steinhart of the Bergen County Superior Court. There, he gained invaluable experience in both civil and criminal matters, developing a deep understanding of courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making.

Domenick then transitioned into private practice, working in insurance defense. He represented insurance carriers and corporate clients in a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury and premises liability claims. This experience provided him with unique insights into how insurance companies operate—knowledge he now uses to the advantage of his personal injury clients.
Today, Domenick draws on his well-rounded background to advocate for individuals injured due to negligence, as well as those facing criminal charges. His strategic mindset, courtroom experience, and personal dedication make him a strong and compassionate advocate for his clients.

Outside the office, Domenick enjoys spending time with his son and being outdoors, especially hiking and exploring nature.
